Mat and Rachel are the owners of Happy Home Buyer.

Mat began his career as a carpenter right after high school and eventually started his own renovations company before becoming a full time real estate investor. He is also a realtor with Davenport Realty in Waterloo.

He loves to renovate homes and create win-win scenarios with home owners who are looking for

a better way to sell their home without going through the traditional way of selling with a real estate agent. Which can take a long time and be a lot of work!

Rachel is a home designer. She is in charge of making our homes looking like HGTV magazines when we're finished renovating them.

Together they help solve many problems for home owners who need to sell their homes quickly.
